🐋HBase with no base
Having all kinds of crisis with this one. Hope I don't lose my job over this.
Connection Refused Error while starting HBase
Also this can show up when you try to start HMaster and HRegionserver, but they don't show up for more than 30 seconds in jps.
What helped me is to restart ZooKeeper.
